- Tbsp measuring spoon
- liquid measuring cup
- dry measuring cup
- high powered blender
Ingredients: (use organic and minimally processed ingredients when possible)
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 Tbsp MCT oil (optional)
- 15 whole, raw cashews
- 1 pitted date
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 apple (cored)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 lime (juiced)
Optional Recipe Variations:
- Omit the MCT oil.
